If workbooks, quizzes, or tests are available (only for a few languages), access to pdf versions of this material comes with the subscription. All languages have at least three levels. The user can only work through one language at a time, but if all levels of a language are completed, the user can start a new one or switch from one to another. Due to a brand-new update, all subscriptions 12 months or longer now will have access to more than one language. The subscription also gives you access to ALL levels of instruction available in that language. There are 24 languages available and a subscription purchase lets you choose any one of the 24 (Family Pack subscribers can choose up to three different languages). You purchase a subscription then you choose one language as part of the activation process. Have multiple students? Opt for the "Family Pack" subscription which gives three students 24 months of access. There are subscriptions for one student for 6-, 12-, 24-months or "lifetime" access. So, what is different? First of all, there are only four products (instead of the 70 or so we carried before). All the aspects of the Rosetta Stone approach to language acquisition that we've come to love and expect are there.
You will probably like the changes which provide more mobility and more flexibility (unless you do not have access to high speed internet or do not wish to enter the internet world).
